Residential Projects
We recently completed a housing project in Dewas district. The site includes 20 modern homes. Each home has two bedrooms, a kitchen, and a spacious living area. The design is simple but elegant. We used eco-friendly materials. Solar panels were installed on all rooftops. This helps reduce electricity costs for homeowners.
Another residential site is under construction in Satwas. It will have 15 duplex houses. The project started in August 2025. We expect to finish by January 2026. The layout includes green spaces and wide roads. Safety and comfort are our top priorities.
In September 2025, we finished a commercial complex in Indore. The building has three floors. It includes office spaces, shops, and a food court. The structure follows modern design standards. We used high-grade cement and steel. Fire safety systems were installed throughout the building.
We are also working on a shopping center in Harda. The project began in July 2025. It will be completed by March 2026. The center will have parking for 100 vehicles. It will feature 40 retail units and a central atrium.
Government Contracts
Rathore Construction is proud to be part of public development. We completed a school building in Khategaon. The school has 12 classrooms, a library, and a computer lab. It was built in just six months. We followed all government safety and quality guidelines.
We also won a contract to build a health center in Bagli. Work started in September 2025. The center will have emergency services, OPD rooms, and a pharmacy. We are using local labor and materials to support the community.
Renovation Projects
We recently renovated a temple in Kannod. The work included repairing walls, painting, and installing new lighting. The project was completed in 30 days. Devotees appreciated the clean and peaceful environment.
We also upgraded an old guest house in Tonk Khurd. The building now has modern bathrooms, fresh paint, and new furniture. It is ready to welcome visitors again.
