To bid on tenders, you must first register on the portal. Here’s how to make your ID:

1. Visit https://mptenders.gov.in
2. Click on Online Bidder Enrollment
3. Fill in the registration form with:
   • Company Name
   • PAN Number
   • Mobile Number
   • Email ID
   • Address
4. Verify your mobile and email using OTP
5. Upload a valid Class 3 Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) with encryption and signing
6. Pay the registration fee (approx. ₹5,000 + 18% GST) prospectdigital.co.in

Once approved, you will get login credentials. You can now access and bid on tenders.

📝 How to Fill and Submit a Tender

After registration, follow these steps to bid for a tender:

1. Login to your account
2. Go to Active Tenders
3. Use filters like department, location, or category to find relevant tenders
4. Click on the tender name to view details
5. Download the Tender Document (BOQ, NIT, Terms & Conditions)
6. Prepare your bid with:
   • Technical documents (experience, certificates)
   • Financial bid (quoted price)
7. Upload all documents in the required format
